A Story for Us, About Us, and Powered by Us.
Coming Out: The Musical is an original, heart-stirring production that gives voice to what so many in the LGBTQIA+ community have lived, feared, hidden — and survived.
It’s raw, honest, and unafraid to tackle the hard truths of identity, acceptance, bullying, family conflict, and love.
But this story doesn’t end at the page — we need your help to put it on its feet.
We’re raising funds to support the developmental workshop that will bring this musical to life with integrity, care, and community at its heart.
Your donation will help us:
This is more than a musical — it’s a chance to reflect our truth on stage, in our voices, for our community. It’s a story we wish we had growing up, and one that today’s LGBTQIA+ youth desperately need to see.
Every dollar raised helps amplify queer voices and create space for healing, conversation, and celebration.
Help us build a stage where every identity can take the spotlight.
Thank you for helping us write this next chapter — with pride.

Paul R. Gymziak is a dynamic storyteller, director, and arts educator dedicated to creating inclusive, emotionally resonant theatrical experiences. A passionate advocate for representation and equity in the performing arts, Paul’s work centers around amplifying marginalized voices, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community. Paul is the creative force behind Coming Out: The Musical, an original work that blends heart, humor, and raw honesty to explore the coming-of-age (and coming out) journeys of queer youth. With a background in both musical theatre and youth development, Paul brings a unique blend of empathy and craft to his projects — whether mentoring young performers or helming bold new works from page to stage. In addition to writing and directing, Paul has led numerous workshops and productions throughout the Merrimack Valley, where he continues to champion accessible, community-rooted arts programming. His work invites audiences to reflect, connect, and grow — always with an eye toward building a more inclusive world through the power of theatre.
